Claude Code gets a sound alert when tasks complete

A developer created a 5-line JSON hook to make Anthropic's Claude Code play a macOS sound when it finishes a task or needs input. The hook uses the Stop event to run a command that plays the Funk.aiff system sound. This simple addition eliminates the need to constantly monitor the terminal, improving productivity.
