Agency-agents needs handoff cards, not more personas
The agency-agents repository offers specialized AI agent roles but lacks a clear handoff mechanism between them. A proposed handoff card would track who produced work, why it was passed, and what authority the next role has. Without such accountability, multi-agent workflows risk confusion and safety failures.
