Add email verification to LangChain agents with Verifly

LangChain agents can now verify email deliverability mid-loop using the Verifly API. The langchain-verifly package provides a ready-made tool that checks addresses before the agent acts on them. This prevents bounces and protects sending reputation when agents handle lead lists or signups.
